Max Gold shoots concept photos for comedian/writer Lorraine DeGraffenreidt‘s upcoming show, Smalltimore.
About Smalltimore:
“Smalltimore is a sketch comedy show that Lorraine DeGraffenreidt wrote to help her get over her chronic homesickness for her hometown, Baltimore, Maryland. It didn’t work. She’s still sad that she doesn’t live there… Each sketch in this live show explores the Baltimore-specific loves and frustrations that Lorraine has been harboring since she left home. If you’re curious about what crabs, Michael Phelps and the fear of being shot in the head out of nowhere have in common…it’s that Lorraine is thinking about each of them constantly. The show is about these kinds of things.”

Max Gold directs a new short film called Hit and Run.
Hit and Run will be shot on location in Joshua Tree National Park and Venice, CA.
Production for the Joshua Tree unit is now complete. The rest of the film will be shot in Venice during January 2013.
The film was written by Max Gold, with the desert unit shot by Nate Anderson. Starring Michelle DeMello, among others.
